At CodeRed, we stand by the quality of our tech; if you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your CodeRed account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
